WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free shipping for all your orders.
We take 1-3 business days for order delivery to major metro cities and 5-7 business days for non-metro cities
This may be differ based on your pincode, and can be impacted by external delays. We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders. shipping on all orders.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
RETURNS POLICY
Our products cannot be returned unless they are defective for reasons of hygiene. All such defective items must be returned within 60 days, and they will be examined to see if a refund or exchange is possible.
Please send an email to ask@flyingjane.com if, within 60 days of receiving the goods, it turns out to be defective or malfunctions. Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue with an exchange or refund.
You will be informed as soon as the return is received and examined. After then, you will receive notification from our customer service staff on the refund's approval or denial.
If accepted, the refund will instantly be applied to the original method of payment. It usually takes up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is dependent on bank processing times.
When returning an item, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
